F.A.Q.s:

Q: Are your products Applications?
A: No. All applications must be sold through and downloaded by the Apple App store.

Q: Does my phone need to be "Hacked" to get your products?
A: No. Our products will work on ANY iPhone 2G, 3G, or iPod Touch.

Q: I purchased an item and didn't get a download link, what gives?
A: Mistakes happen and sometimes systems don't work the way they are supposed to. Please remain calm and send us an email explaining the problem, we will be happy to fix the problem for you.

Please forward or attach your Paypal receipt, transaction ID, or if that is not available please provide your Paypal email address so that we can look up your transaction.

We try to clear up any issues in a timely manner, and we appreciate your patience.
